# Flox search regression?

Hi, `flox search` now displays only minimal information

```auto
❯ flox search flox flox.flox
flox.flox-prerelease

```

The full information is still available as a json file but I don’t understand why `flox search` is not displaying all the data it used to.

Hi @etorreborre!  
The change was made based on user feedback but the data is still there:

`flox search -v <search_term>` returns the original output.

I note however the usage hints and man page don’t tell you this so I will follow up internally to get those updated. Thanks for bringing this to our attention! 🙂

Ahhh, that explains everything. I indeed tried a `flox search --help` but couldn’t find any relevant option. Thanks.

The manpages for `flox search` and [online docs](https://floxdev.com/docs/reference/man-pages/flox-search/) have been updated to include the `--verbose` flag.
