Fixes

  • Updates the bundled Nix to 2.31.6 to address the October 2026 Nix/Lix security advisory. On multi-user installations — Flox’s default — several of these issues can be combined into local root privilege escalation.

All Flox releases prior to 1.18.2 are affected. Each bundled a Nix version covered by the advisory (1.18.0–1.18.1 shipped the affected 2.31.5; earlier releases shipped older, also-affected Nix). Upgrade to 1.18.2.
